Why does menstruation does not occur during pregnancy?
Just a curiosity that came to my mind. We always hear period stops once you're pregnant but i never understood why exactly. Can someone explain the reason in simple way?

When you're pregnant, your body's focus totally shifts to growing the baby. So, menstruation stops because the uterine lining, instead of shedding, becomes the safe home for your baby.
