My feet and hands have started swelling, mostly evening time when i come home. Im in 7th month. Just want to understand why this happens na, is it just normal pregnancy thing? anyone else with same?

I used to panic every morning looking at my swollen ankles, thinking something is wrong with my kidneys or heart. But my doctor assured me it's normal water retention unless it's very sudden or only in one leg. Still, please ask your gynac just to put your mind at ease.
Mild swelling is super common, but definitely keep checking your blood pressure at every doctor visit. Since I had thyroid issues, my gynac was extra cautious about sudden swelling in hands or face as it can indicate high BP. Regular checkups are a must!
