28 weeks here and my hips hurt so much specially at night when I turn side to side. Cant sleep properly yaar. Why does this happen and does it get better later? share ur experience pls.
Oh my god, the hip pain was REAL! Especially in the third trimester. It was like my hips were trying to break free. It's mostly because your body is loosening up ligaments for delivery, and the baby's weight. Hot packs helped a bit, and sleeping with a pillow between my legs was a lifesaver.
I'm having this too! Like a dull ache that sometimes shoots down my leg. Is it because of the relaxin hormone? I'm trying to sleep with a pillow, but it's still so bad some nights. What did you do to manage it, does anything really help?
Hip pain is very common, my child. The body prepares for birth, so ligaments become softer. My mother also said to rest and apply warm oil. But you must tell your doctor about the pain. They can suggest safe exercises or stretches. Don't bear the pain in silence, it's important to talk to your doctor.
Hip pain, back pain, foot pain, breathing pain... pregnancy is basically a pain factory! Your body is literally rearranging itself to make space for a human. Mine was worst at night. I swear I slept with 5 pillows by the end just to get some comfort.
Haan haan, hip pain toh sabko hota hai pregnancy mein. Mere saas kehti thi yeh baby ka pressure hai aur haddiyan khul rahi hain. Thoda garam tel ki malish kar lo yaaram se. But agar bohot zyada hai, toh apne gynac ko bhi bata dena, better rehta hai, just in case.
Hip pain is a common symptom, as your body releases relaxin and your pelvis prepares. However, persistent or severe pain should always be discussed with your gynac. They can rule out any underlying issues and suggest safe ways to manage it. Don't self-diagnose severe pain, always get a medical opinion.
