Some women run hot and some run cold in pregnancy, hormones do funny things. I felt chilly often and just kept a shawl handy. But if it's extreme or with weakness, mention it to your doctor and get bloodwork.
Feeling cold can happen due to changes in circulation and hormones, my gynac mentioned this. But she also said feeling unusually cold with tiredness could be low iron or thyroid, so it's worth checking those. Do get your blood tests done if it's persistent.
