Internal bleeding in pregnancy is a serious thing and not something to figure out at home. It can have several causes that only a doctor can assess with a scan. Please if you suspect this or have severe pain, get to a hospital urgently.
There can be different reasons and honestly none of them should be self diagnosed. The important thing is any sharp pain, dizziness or fainting needs emergency care right away. Dont wait on something like this, go in immediately.
