Everyone keeps telling me drink more water drink more water but no one explains why it matters so much now. I struggle to finish even a couple bottles a day. Just want to understand whats the big deal honestly.

Especially if you walk or do light exercise, hydration is a must, I kept water before and after my walks. Doctor okayed my routine and reminded me to drink well. Keeps cramps away too.
Water keeps up the amniotic fluid, helps with constipation and reduces those annoying swelling and cramps. I always kept a bottle with me everywhere. Simple thing but makes a big difference.
