Noticed my nose looking a bit puffy and im also stuffy all the time these days, im in third trimester. Husband even teased me about it lol. Is this normal pregnancy wala thing?
Humare ghar pe sab bolte hain nose bada hone se baby boy hota hai, but actually it is just water retention. Don't worry, it gets back to normal after baby comes.
It's just hormonal swelling and fluid retention. I used to do very light facial massage and gentle yoga after checking with my doc, which helped a little with the puffiness.
