9th month chal raha hai and honestly im exhausted, cant sleep, kamar pain all day. Everyone said last month is toughest and now i get it. Just want to hear how u all coped with it.
I hear from my friends that the last month is really difficult because of sleepless nights and heavy breathing. I feel a bit nervous thinking about it, but it's amazing how strong a mother's body is.
The last month is physically taxing due to the baby's weight putting pressure on your pelvis, leading to backaches and sleeplessness. Keep checking with your doctor about any sudden pain. They can suggest safe exercises or sleeping positions to help.
I felt so exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed in my ninth month, I literally cried weekly because of the body aches. But the moment I held my baby, all that heavy pain vanished instantly. Hang in there, it is so worth it.
Having been through this twice, the last month is hard because the baby drops down, putting pressure on your bladder and hips. Stop trying to do too much work now. Rest as much as possible, use a pregnancy pillow, and mentally prepare for delivery.
Honestly, I feel like a giant, slow-moving potato right now! I can't sleep, I can't bend, and getting out of bed requires a crane. The baby is heavy and ready to come out, which makes every single minute feel like a day!
