Im in my 4th month and the discharge has increased so much, like daily i need to change. Its white and no smell but still im a little worried. Is this normal na?
I am going through the exact same thing right now, it is so annoying! Actually, does it get heavier as the weeks go by? I was also worried, but my doctor told me it's normal as long as there is no itching.
Oh, don't worry, increased discharge is super common because of all those crazy hormones! 🌸 It actually helps keep infections away from the baby. Just keep the area dry and wear cotton undies! 😊
This is usually just normal leukorrhea due to increased blood flow down there. I used to wear breathable cotton panties and wash with plain water, avoiding any harsh soaps. But please see a doctor immediately if you feel any burning or notice water leaking.
Please keep a close eye on this and check with your gynac once just to be completely safe. While normal discharge is okay, any bad smell, itching, or color change could mean an infection. It's always best to let your doctor examine and advise you.
Increased vaginal discharge is physiologically normal during pregnancy due to high estrogen levels. It basically protects the birth canal from infections. However, if you see any green/yellow color or if it smells bad, consulting your OB-GYN is the best course of action.
Don't stress, dear, it happens to almost all of us during this time. Your body is just preparing and keeping things clean for the baby. Just rest well and take care.
