Im in my second trimester and getting this dull ache on one side of my lower back, kind of where the kidney is. It comes and goes. Planning to mention it to my doc but wanted to know if anyone else felt this.
Please dont ignore kidney or back side pain in pregnancy, it can sometimes be a UTI or kidney issue. I had a kidney infection mid pregnancy and it needed proper treatment. Go to your gynac soon, dont wait.
Any sharp or one sided back pain, especially with fever, please call your gynac. It is not something to manage at home. Better to get it looked at right away na.
