My breasts are so sore that even sleeping on side hurts. I am in first trimester and this started before my test only. Is this pain normal or should I worry?
Don't be scared, breast tenderness is one of the most common early pregnancy things. Just if u ever notice a hard lump, redness with fever or anything unusual, mention it to ur gynac. Otherwise normal soreness is expected.
Very common, especially first trimester. Hormones are making changes, more blood flow, tissue growing. Get a comfy non wired maternity bra, makes a big difference. It usually settles down after the first few months.
Yaar this is so normal, actually it was my first pregnancy clue before the test. The tenderness is just hormones doing their thing. Soft cotton bras and no tight ones, that's what saved me.
It's ur body getting ready for feeding the baby, the soreness now is part of that whole process. I had it bad early on, then again near the end. Warm shower water on them felt soothing for me. It eases with time, dont worry.
Oh I felt this so much in my early weeks, they were so sore I couldnt even sleep on my front. It's the hormones preparing them for milk later, totally normal. A soft well fitting bra helped me a lot, even at night.
