Im in my second trimester and on and off mere pet mein ek dull sa pain hota hai, mostly lower side. Its not too bad but thoda tension ho jata hai. Is this just stretching ya something to worry about?
Mild aches can happen due to gas or expansion, but don't ignore severe pain to save on consult fees. It's better to get a quick checkup or ultrasound done early if it's bad. Call your clinic first to ask if a visit is needed so you don't spend unnecessarily.
Stomach pain can range from simple digestion issues to something that needs medical attention. Since pain is subjective, it's always best to consult your gynac to rule out any complications. Don't guess, let the doctor examine you.
I am also quite new to all this, but my MIL says mild cramps can happen when the body is adjusting. Please take rest and drink some warm water. If it hurts a lot, it is better to call your doctor once just to be safe.
When I was pregnant, I had mild stomach pain which turned out to be just normal bloating and ligament stretching. But please listen to your body, dear. If the pain is sharp or comes with any spot, contact your gynac immediately.
It could be due to stretching of ligaments, which is quite common as the baby grows. I used to do very light prenatal stretching and short walks only after my doc allowed it. But please don't push yourself, and consult your gynac if the pain is constant.
Even I read about this online while planning, and many ladies say it can be due to gas or muscles stretching. But is the pain very sharp? If it doesn't go away, please check with your doctor soon.
