Since past week my whole body is itching, mostly at night and i cant sleep properly. No rash visible, just bohot itchy. Im 7 months now, is this normal or should i show my doc? thoda tension ho raha hai.
Haan, body itching is a super common complaint during pregnancy, so you're not alone! Mostly it's harmless, just hormones and skin stretching. But sometimes, if it's very intense, especially on your palms and soles, or gets worse at night, it could be a sign of something called ICP (intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy). So, definitely tell your gynac, just to be on the safe side, okay?
Mild itching is quite normal, your skin is stretching and hormones are all over the place. Try keeping your skin moisturized with a good, gentle lotion. Also, avoid very hot showers. But if the itching is really bad, or specifically on your hands and feet, or especially at night, definitely tell your doctor. Don't wait on that one.
Itching can be quite common in pregnancy due to hormonal changes and stretching skin, especially as your bump grows. But if it's severe, widespread, or gets worse at night, it's definitely something you should mention to your gynac. My doctor always said it's better to get any unusual symptom checked, especially with pregnancy and all the body changes.
Itching can be quite uncomfortable, and our bodies go through so many changes during pregnancy. Stay positive, dear, and don't let worries consume you. It's always best to share this symptom with your doctor. They can guide you and ensure everything is okay for you and your little one. Take care.
Oh, dear, itching is a common experience for many pregnant women. My mother used to say 'it's baby growing, skin stretching'. But if it's really bad, or feels different, please don't hesitate. It's always best to let your doctor know about any discomfort, just to make sure everything is alright with you and the baby.
Oh, itching can be so distressing during pregnancy. While some mild itching is common due to stretching skin, if it's your whole body and really intense, especially on palms and soles, please, please talk to your doctor right away. It could be something called cholestasis, which needs to be checked. Don't delay.
