Im 28 weeks and twice this week i suddenly felt cold and started shivering even though the room wasnt cold at all. No fever as far as i checked. It scared me a bit, is this something that happens normally in pregnancy?
Sometimes shivering happens with low blood sugar or just feeling cold or anxious. Eat something and rest first. But if it comes with fever, that needs a doctor right away.
Shivering with high fever should never be taken lightly in pregnancy. Please check your temperature and call your gynac if there is fever. I always err on the cautious side now.
