Im in first trimester and feeling so so tired all day, like even small kaam thaka deta hai. I sleep enough but still no energy. Is this normal for everyone or just me?
I used to worry so much about this! Is it my iron levels? Am I eating enough? But then I read up, and actually, it's mostly hormonal and your body is producing more blood. Your body is doing so much behind the scenes, creating a whole new life. It makes sense to be tired, no? Just make sure your blood reports are all fine, like iron and all, with your doctor.
Is it true that tiredness is one of the very first signs of pregnancy? I've been feeling so sleepy lately and wondering if it means anything. I'm a bit nervous but excited to know more about these early symptoms. Hope it's a good sign for me.
Same here! I'm in my first trimester and all I want to do is sleep. My energy levels are so low, it's crazy. Does this get better in the second trimester, anyone? It's really hard to keep up with work and everything else, I feel so drained.
Haanji, tiredness toh bilkul common hai pregnancy mein. Mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha, specially pehle teen mahine. Hormones change hote hain, body mein naya khoon banta hai, baby grow ho raha hai. Toh thoda rest lena bahut zaroori hai. Khana peena bhi theek se khaana.
Yaar, I swear I slept through my entire first trimester! It's actually completely normal because your body is working super hard to make a baby. All those hormonal changes and making a whole new placenta, it's exhausting work. Just listen to your body and rest up whenever you can.
It's tough, but totally normal. Your body is producing a lot more blood, and your metabolism is higher. Plus, progesterone can make you incredibly sleepy. Try to schedule short naps if possible or just power through with early nights. It often eases up in the second trimester, so hang in there.
Oh god, I thought something was seriously wrong with me when I felt so tired all the time! I couldn't even keep my eyes open past 8 pm. But my gynac said it's totally normal, especially in the first trimester. Your body is making so many changes. Just take it easy, it will pass.
