Why urine is yellow during pregnancy?

Noticed my urine is looking more dark yellow these days, im in 2nd trimester. Dont know if it's the prenatal vitamins or im not drinking enough paani. Should I be worried? anyone else faced this?

Haan na, pregnancy vitamins ki wajah se bhi urine thoda yellow hota hai. Bas paani acche se piyo regularly.
