I vomit mostly after brushing and sometimes after tea. My husband keeps asking why it happens and I also dont know what to say. Is it hormones or acidity or something else?
My doctor said it's mainly due to the pregnancy hormone hCG rising fast in early weeks, which triggers nausea. It usually eases after first trimester. Ginger and dry biscuits helped me manage it.
It's normally from hormonal changes and usually harmless. But if you are vomiting so much you cant eat or drink and feel weak, please call your gynac. Excessive vomiting needs medical help, dont tough it out.
Oh I had this so bad in first trimester, it's the hormones changing rapidly. Small frequent meals helped me, and never staying empty stomach. If you cant keep anything down at all, do tell your gynac.
Welcome to the morning sickness club, except it shows up morning, noon and night lol. It's the hormones doing their thing. Hang in there, it usually settles after 3 months. Nibble crackers, it really helps.
Beta it's the body adjusting to pregnancy, very normal early on. Little ginger, lemon water, eating something dry in morning before getting up helps. But if vomiting is too much and constant, show the doctor.
