Why woman body dont conceive inspite of good production system?
Trying since almost a year now and all my reports are coming normal, doc also says everything looks fine. So then why is it still not happening yaar, it feels so frustrating. anyone else faced this with normal reports?
There can be so many reasons beyond what looks normal, like ovulation timing, tube issues or even the male side. We struggled too despite reports looking fine, and proper investigation helped find the actual cause. Please see a fertility specialist, they can run the right tests rather than guessing.
I really feel for you, this waiting and not knowing why is so hard. Sometimes everything seems fine on paper yet it takes time or needs a little help, like it did for us. Be gentle with yourself and consider seeing a specialist, it gave us answers.

Sometimes there are subtle things like irregular ovulation that dont show easily. With my PCOS, my reports looked okay-ish but ovulation was the issue. I wont assume your reason, just a good gynac can pinpoint it with proper tracking.
