Been getting these dull headaches for the past few days and my period is also slightly late. Not sure if its just stress or could be an early sign. Did anyone here feel headaches before they found out?
Honestly headaches hit me a lot in early pregnancy, probably from hormones plus the running around at work. Keeping a water bottle at my desk and not skipping lunch made it manageable. If it's confirmed, mention frequent headaches to your doc.
Headaches can be an early symptom due to hormones, but they're also very common from many other reasons, so on their own they don't confirm anything. Take a test if your period is late. For relief, water, rest and small frequent meals usually help.
I had headaches early on and kept wondering if it was normal, anyone else? My gynac said it's the hormones and was reassuring. I just made sure to drink enough water and not skip meals.
Mild headaches in early pregnancy are common, yes. But I'll add this carefully, if you ever get a severe headache later in pregnancy with swelling or blurry vision, that needs the doctor immediately as it can link to BP. For now mild ones are usually nothing.
Yes for me headaches were one of the early things, I felt them along with tiredness in the first weeks. The hormone changes can cause it apparently. Staying hydrated and resting helped me a lot during those days.
