Been trying to conceive for almost a year now and im seeing so many products and tips online that promise pregnancy. Honestly feeling desperate and confused. Did anything actually help you ladies who were trying for long?
Sending u love whatever ur journey is. No one can really promise conceiving, but staying healthy, knowing ur fertile days and getting checked early all help. We did IVF and I learnt patience is everything, be kind to urself.
I'm in the planning phase too and was looking up similar stuff. From what I read, theres no magic promise, just timing it around ovulation and keeping healthy. Following this to see what others say.
I think the question got a bit cut off na, but if u mean trying to conceive, what helped me was tracking my cycle and ovulation days. Took us few months, so dont lose hope if it doesnt happen first try.
The question is a little unclear, can u explain more? If u meant tips to conceive, basics are healthy eating, folic acid before pregnancy, tracking ovulation and seeing a doctor if it takes long. Happy to help if u share details.
Not sure I fully understood the question, but if its about conceiving, honestly everyone's body is different. With my PCOS it took time and a doctor's help. If ur trying for a while, a check up with gynac can guide u better than any promise.
