Im around 6 weeks and getting this dull ache around my hip and lower back. Wasnt expecting any pain this early so it got me a little worried. Is hip pain a thing in early pregnancy or should i mention it to my gynac? anyone else felt this
Yes I felt mild hip and lower back aches quite early, I think its the hormones loosening everything. It scared me a bit but my gynac said its normal. Warm compress and changing sleep position helped me.
Mild hip pain can be normal early on, but I'd say if its severe, with bleeding or cramping, dont wait and call ur doctor. I learnt to not brush off sudden pains. Better safe na.
Omg I worried about every twinge too. Some hip soreness early is pretty common from hormones. I kept asking my doc and she reassured me. If urs is mild u r probably fine, but ask if it keeps bugging u.
Some hip and ligament pain can start early, totally common as the body adjusts. A pillow between the knees while sleeping helps a lot. If the pain is sharp or one sided with other symptoms then get it checked.
