Will hrt helps to conceive naturally for pof patients?
I was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure last year and im 31. Doctor put me on hrt for now but my actual dream is to conceive on my own. Just wanted to know if anyone with pof here got pregnant naturally while on hrt, pls share ur journey it would mean a lot.
