I really feel staying positive and calm helps a lot in this journey. Take care of your health, eat well, sleep well and keep faith. Whatever is meant for you will come at the right time.
No one can promise a timeline honestly, and I learnt that the hard way. What helped me was tracking ovulation, staying healthy and getting a basic checkup done for both partners. Be gentle with yourself, the wait is hard but you are not alone.
Yaar no one can predict that, but stressing only makes it harder. Just track your fertile days, stay healthy and dont overthink. If a year passes without luck, then see a fertility doc, simple.
