We are trying to conceive and someone told me normal lubricants can mess with the chances. Now im second guessing everything we use. Is there any truth to this?
I read that some normal lubricants can affect sperm movement when you are trying. There are fertility friendly ones available actually. We switched to one of those while planning.
Some regular lubes arent ideal when trying to conceive yaar. If you really need one, look for sperm friendly type or just ask your gynac for a name. Once you are pregnant its a different question, so confirm with doc.
