My nipples are sore and sensitive, even clothes rubbing is irritating. Period is due soon so I dont know if it is PMS or pregnancy. Did this happen early for anyone?
Mere saath bhi hua, the soreness was so real in the early weeks I kept worrying. Did it go away for others by 2nd trimester? Mine got much better by week 14 or so.

It starts early because your body is already prepping for feeding, the breasts and nipples change a lot. Soft cotton bra, no harsh rubbing. Totally normal, just your body getting ready mama.
