Been getting these dull headaches almost daily since my first trimester started and i never really had them before. Drinking water and resting but still. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my doctor?
Pregnancy basically gives you a free headache subscription, no asking. Mine went once I started actually drinking water like a normal human. Hang in there yaar.
Mild ones are normal but please dont take any painkiller on your own. A bad headache with swelling or high BP needs to be checked immediately. Better to ask your doctor than guess.
Yes, hormones and tiredness cause them, very common in first trimester. Drink water, rest your eyes, dont skip meals. But if its a sudden severe headache with blurry vision, call your gynac.
