Will pregnancy ruin breast reduction?

I had a reduction surgery 3 yrs back and now planning a baby. Tension is whether pregnancy aur feeding will undo all of it. Anyone who went through this pls share.

Honestly, pregnancy hormones and then breastfeeding do change your breast size and shape a lot. I fed my baby for a year and things did stretch out quite a bit, so it might affect your reduction results. You should definitely discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and gynac.
