My test came positive but i have some one sided pain and im a little scared after reading things online. I have my first scan in few days and planning to ask my gynac then. Just wanted to understand this from others who went through it.
Yes, an ectopic still produces hcg so a home test can show positive, my doctor explained this. The problem is it's growing in the wrong place, which a scan detects. If you have pain, bleeding or dizziness with a positive test, please see your gynac urgently.
