Work pressure is too much and I keep crying after calls. Then I feel guilty that my stress may harm the baby. How did you calm yourself during stressful weeks?
A bit of stress is unavoidable and wont harm anything. The problem is constant heavy stress. Find small things that calm you, walk, music, talking it out. And if its too much, dont hesitate to ask your doctor for support.
Dont carry it all alone beta. Normal worry is fine, baby is more resilient than you think. Just dont let stress become a daily heavy thing, lean on your people and rest properly.
Try to keep your heart calm as much as you can. Some worry is natural, but staying peaceful really helps you and baby both. Little prayers, music, walks, whatever settles you. Take care of your mind too, not just body.
My doctor said occasional stress is okay, the body handles it, but chronic high stress can affect sleep, BP and the baby over time. She suggested breathing exercises and proper rest. If you feel overwhelmed a lot, do mention it at your checkup.
Yaar dont stress about being stressed, that just adds more! Some tension is part of life. Just take breaks, talk to people, sleep well. Baby mainly needs a mom who is taking care of herself.
First, its so normal to feel stressed, dont be hard on yourself. A little stress wont harm the baby. But long heavy stress isnt good for either of you, so please talk to someone and rest. I had anxiety too and just sharing it helped me a lot.
