Im a few days before my period and ive had this dull lower back ache for like 2 days now. Could it mean ive conceived or is it just normal pms? cant tell the difference honestly.
I felt a mild lower back ache in my very early weeks and it confused me. For me yes it was an early sign, but its also like PMS pain so hard to tell. I only knew for sure after the test came positive.
Mild back pain can be normal early on, but if its severe or with bleeding or cramping, dont wait, call ur doctor. For just confirming pregnancy, a test is the real answer, not the back pain.
