Im around 6 weeks and my lower kamar has been aching since few days. I always thought back pain comes later in pregnancy, not so early. Is this normal at this stage or am i overthinking?
My pregnancy app actually listed back pain as a common early symptom because of changes in ligaments and posture. I found some gentle stretches very helpful, but check with your doctor first if they are okay for you. Don't ignore it, but don't panic either!
Back pain can happen, yes. Sometimes it's mild, sometimes a bit more. Make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes. And don't forget to ask your doctor about exercises if it persists, you don't want any unexpected physio costs later on. Plan for comfort!
Haan, back pain is quite common, even in early pregnancy. Your ligaments are starting to soften, and there's hormonal changes. It's usually nothing serious, but do mention it to your gynac. Stay active with light walks, if your doctor says okay.
Oh, yes! I definitely had some lower back ache even in my first trimester. I thought it was just me, but my doc said it's totally normal as your body prepares. It usually eased up for me later on, so don't fret too much, but do tell your doc.
Absolutely, back pain is a very common early pregnancy symptom. It's due to hormonal changes and your body adapting. If it's severe or accompanied by other symptoms, always consult your gynac. Otherwise, just manage with good posture and rest.
Betaji, early pregnancy mein thoda kamar dard toh hota hi hai kaiyon ko. Hormones change hote hain na. Ghar pe garam paani ki bottle ya hot pack lagake dekho, halka relief milega. Aur zyada der khade mat rehna, theek hai?
