I can only share my own experience—my doctor allowed us because I had a completely normal pregnancy. But every pregnancy is different. It is always safest to ask your own gynac during your checkup before trying.
During my pregnancy, my body changed so fast that tight jeans started feeling like torture by the 12th week. Wearing soft, breathable cotton clothes is much better for your skin and overall comfort. Give your body the room to expand and breathe, you'll feel much happier.
Actually, it can get super painful and tender, especially in the starting weeks yaar. I couldn't even sleep on my stomach because of it. It's just the hormones doing their job, so totally normal!
My baby is a toddler now, but I remember how carefully I used to count 2 strands of kesar every night in my second trimester! It's great for digestion and mood swings. Just don't overdo it, and start after your first trimester is safely over.
