I've noticed some veins becoming quite prominent on my legs during this pregnancy, and my mother-in-law said they look like varicose veins. I'm curious to know what generally causes them during pregnancy.

Im 7 weeks and constantly on edge, har thoda symptom makes me panic. I just want to understand which weeks i should be most careful about so i can relax a little in the others. First pregnancy so everything feels scary.
We have a family wedding outstation and im in my 2nd month right now. Its a 6 hr car journey. Is it safe to travel this early na or better to skip? Will ask doc too but want ur opinions.
