I just started my pregnancy journey and am wondering about check-ups. How often do doctors usually recommend sonograms throughout pregnancy? I want to be prepared.
I've been feeling unusually warm sometimes, almost like a sudden heat wave. I'm wondering what hot flashes typically feel like in early pregnancy. Is it a common symptom?
I have endo from before and now im 6 weeks pregnant. The pain feels different and im a bit worried if its connected. Will mention to doc on next visit but wanted to know if anyone with endo felt it get worse early on?

Its so hot here and i badly want ganne ka ras from outside. Worried about hygiene and sugar both. Did u all drink it during pregnancy or avoided?
