Since last week my whole body, mostly pet and hands, has started itching a lot specially at night. Thoda confused if its just dry skin or something else. Did this happen to anyone else?

Test came positive but i keep reading about ectopic and now thoda tension ho raha hai. How do doctors actually find out if its ectopic, like which test or scan? Just want to be aware before my first appointment.
Doc has asked me for an ultrasound this week. I thought they do the internal one but mine is the belly type. Will that one clearly show the pregnancy? anyone done it early?
