I am currently planning my pregnancy and reading about this makes me so nervous! Is pelvic floor therapy or wearing liners the only way to manage this daily once the baby grows?
My pregnancy app tracker had a whole section on skin changes like PUPPP or hives. You can log your symptoms to track if they flare up after certain foods or times. Mention it to your doctor so they can advise you.
My pregnancy tracker app showed that 3 to 4 routine scans are standard for a normal pregnancy (dating, NT, anomaly, and growth scan). But if there are any specific concerns, doctors do more, and it is 100% safe. They don't use harmful radiation, so don't worry.
I had a C-section delivery and took chyawanprash during my third trimester winters to avoid catching a cold. It definitely helped my immunity, but I always took it with warm milk after asking my doc. Just make sure you don't overdo it.
I have read that the baby's tiny heart starts beating very early, around 6 weeks. It feels so magical to even think about it. I am hoping to experience this beautiful moment very soon, sending you lots of positive vibes.
