I was so paranoid and kept asking my doctor if so many scans are safe for the baby! But they reassured me it's totally safe ultrasound, not radiation. They did around 5 scans for me just to be absolutely sure everything was perfect.
I totally understand how stressful it is to read those high numbers on your report. Hugs to u, dear. Just trust your doctor, take your medicines on time, and soon you'll hold your sweet baby.
My mother used to say we should avoid artificial carbonated drinks completely during these months. When I asked my doctor, she also said the high sugar and caffeine aren't good for the baby. It's safer to stick to homemade fruit juices.
Due to my thyroid issues, my cycles were always irregular, so I got quite a few confusing test results. False results do happen if your ovulation was delayed. It's always best to get a blood test done and consult your doctor for proper follow-up.
Having PCOS, my cycles were always erratic, so cramps always confused me. Sometime it was just my period, but when I actually conceived, the mild cramping lasted longer without bleeding. Just track it gently but don't rush to conclusions, our bodies are quite tricky.
