My MIL keeps telling me to have akhrot daily for baby brain. I just want to know is there a right time, like morning empty stomach ya anytime? Thoda confused so asking here.
Suddenly im hungry like all the time, never felt this much bhookh before and periods are a few days late. Could this be an early sign or am i just overthinking it? Havent tested yet.
