I have PCOS too, and for me, the first sign was extreme morning fatigue and bloating that felt different from regular PMS. I didn't rely on dates, just took a kit test when my body felt unusual. It is a bit of a waiting game.

Chana is excellent for pregnancy, high protein and fiber keeps u full. Just soak it well and boil it properly before eating to avoid any gas issues.

A daily evening walk and some light prenatal yoga at home are great ways to stay active and fit. But please don't push yourself too hard, and if you ever feel dizzy or have any cramps, stop immediately and contact your doctor.
