I love beetroot in salad, raw wala. Im 4 months and just want to confirm raw form is okay or should I always cook it first? Thoda confused so asking.

My doctor wrote this torch test in my list and I had no clue what it is. Is it a routine thing for everyone or only if theres some issue? Just trying to understand before I go for it.
