My family suggested drinking ragi malt for health, but I am pregnant. Is it safe for me to drink ragi malt during pregnancy? Main confirm karna chahti hoon ki yeh baby ke liye theek hai.
I had a small umbilical hernia even before and now in 3rd trimester it looks more bulgy near my belly button. Doc said wait kar lo for now. Does it go back on its own after delivery? anyone with same experience?
