Oh absolutely, and honestly, the headache never really goes away even after the baby comes, thanks to no sleep! But yes, early pregnancy hormones definitely trigger it, so hang in there.
Honestly, don't stop them. Treating severe anemia later with iron IVs or blood transfusions is extremely expensive and stressful. It's much cheaper and safer to just complete the course your doctor has prescribed, even if it goes on post-delivery.
It's just your body's way of doing a little workout before the big day! 😉 Just keep yourself relaxed, listen to nice music, and keep your doctor informed! 🌸
I panicked when my gynac touched my stomach and asked if I might be pregnant during a routine checkup. But yes, they can sometimes suspect it and then they immediately confirm with a quick urine or blood test.
With twins, I had double the hormones and double the panic thoughts about how I would manage! The best way I controlled it was by organizing small things around the house or watching comedies. Keep your hands busy and your mind won't have time to create horror movies in your head!
