I just had my baby and my doctor gave me some clear don'ts: don't sit in hot tubs, don't sleep on your back after the 2nd trimester (always sleep on your side), and don't do any strenuous bending. Also, don't stress about the house chores, just delegate them!
Don't rush to buy expensive blood tests immediately. Just wait for your period to miss by 4-5 days, then use a cheap home test kit. It's highly accurate and saves money.
