I've been having a real craving for Appy Fizz lately. I'm pregnant now, and I'm trying to be careful about what I consume. Is it okay to drink Appy Fizz during pregnancy?
My doctor just ordered an RBS test for me, and I'm not familiar with it. Can someone please explain what an RBS test is, especially during pregnancy? What does it measure and why is it done?

Everyone in ghar keeps telling me walk daily walk daily, but some days im so tired I just want to rest. Im 6 months along. Is daily walking really that important or can I take it easy sometimes?
