Actually yaar, pregnancy doesn't cure adenomyosis permanently. It just gives you a temporary break from the symptoms because you aren't menstruating. Once your periods start again post-delivery, the symptoms usually return.
Technically, the body starts making colostrum around the 16th week of pregnancy. Don't worry if u don't see any leakage though, because hormones keep it in check until delivery. It's just normal physiology.
From what my gynac explained, Doxinate is basically a combination used to control pregnancy nausea and vomiting and is considered safe when prescribed. She started it when diet changes werent enough for me. The timing and dose are best left to the doctor.
