Garmi ka season aa gaya hai aur mujhe thoda dar lag raha hai. Kya zyada garmi se pregnancy par koi asar padta hai? Mujhe bahar nikalne mein bhi uncomfortable lagta hai.

Just confused about the right amount. Doc ne tablet di hai but exact daily dose kya hona chahiye thats what i want to understand. First pregnancy hai so har choti cheez ka dhyaan rakhna chahti hu.
