I have thyroid and I used to confuse every tired day with possible pregnancy, it was exhausting mentally. The only thing that calmed me was just testing instead of guessing. Dont let your mind run in circles like mine did.
It is usually spotting, not a real period. Still worth telling your doctor.
It's pigmentation from hormones, very normal in pregnancy. I avoided random creams because the skin is delicate now. If you really want to treat it, ask your gynac or a dermatologist for something pregnancy safe rather than trying products on your own.
It sounds scary by name but it is managed easily by doctors during delivery.
