I'm a few months postpartum, and my body feels so different after pregnancy. I want to feel like myself again. Can I really get my body back to how it was before pregnancy? What should I do?
I used to cycle daily before and really miss it. Im in second trimester and feeling fine, so wondering can i start again thoda slowly. Worried about balance and all, anyone cycled during pregnancy?
I have thyroid and on medicine for it. We are planning baby now and im a bit worried matlab will it be harder for me to conceive? Anyone here conceived with thyroid, pls share ur experience.
