I'm curious about breastfeeding and when my body starts preparing. At what stage during pregnancy does a woman's milk supply typically start to come in or show signs of developing?
Mujhe periods miss hue hain aur lag raha hai ki main pregnant ho sakti hoon. Kitne din baad pregnancy test karna chahiye taaki result accurate aaye? Kya early test kar sakte hain?

Since last week I just cant keep my eyes open, sleeping like 10-11 hrs and still feeling tired. Period is also slightly late. Could this be an early sign or am I just reading too much into it?
