Having PCOS, my periods were always weird, but once I got pregnant, the bleeding stopped completely. Real menstruation is impossible during pregnancy, though light spotting sometimes happens. If you are bleeding like a regular period, please consult your doctor immediately to rule out any risk.
With twins pressing on my bladder, I was basically living in the bathroom anyway! My advice is just don't try to save time by holding it in, go whenever u feel the urge. And please stick to cotton undergarments, synthetic ones are just trouble.
Agree with the water advice. Wearing loose cotton panties also helps a lot to keep things dry and prevent infection.
I get those annoying leg cramps at night, and I heard eating bananas helps because of potassium! So I use it as an excuse to have banana milkshakes. But if the cramps are in your belly and painful, please call your doctor right away.
